The Sumerian-Egyptian Beer Dinner Menu::

  • Starter Course: Dried dates and apricots with fresh grapes and goat cheese on barley flatbread garnished with honey
    paired with: Great Lakes Commodore Perry IPA
  • Salad Course: Hummus garnished with scallion, cucumbers, celery and edamame with toasted pita
    paired with: Smokehouse Left Coast Pale Ale
  • Dinner Course: Smoked pork and roasted garlic barley cake over dressed watercress with KA Amunet gastrique
    paired with: Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald
  • Dessert Course: Sumerian date cookies
    paired with: Smokehouse Alexander's Russian Imperial Stout
  • Sampling of KA Amunet, three versions of Enkibru and Gilgamash follows immediately after our beer dinner
