We're experimenting at Commonhouse Ales. Precious Honey.is on tap now. It's a hybrid beer, brewed with pale and red wheat and lightly hopped with aged Hallertau. We added a touch of brett and fermented for 22 months, then added a touch of precious raw honey from Hives Obscura in Pikerington. It's 5.5% ABV and drinks like a Belgian hard seltzer. It's very limited and available as a Smokehouse exclusive. Cheers!
